Moving Strategy from Paper to Pavement in 60 Days
Challenge: Collaborate with the St. Patrick High School leadership and the Board of Directors to synthesize and launch their 5-year strategic plan in advance of the new school year.
Strategy: Utilize an integrated visual storytelling approach to present the school’s mission and 5-year plan in a compelling way in print to parents, donors, stakeholders, and prospective students in print – – while also launching the strategic plan at a live event and ribbon cutting ceremony attended by stakeholders, civic leaders, press, and politicians.
Result: Engaged 200 key stakeholders, area political leaders, and press in the kickoff event while demonstrating that the plan was tangible, in motion, and making an impact.
